
The incumbent voted, in 1994, to reduce our Bonneville Power Administration electric supply component to 3%. The result has been that our rates are now 43% above those of a nearby PUD that has remained a BPA full requirements customer. And CPU, which ten years ago had rates among the lowest in the state, now is charging rates among the highest in the state.
